The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birth date, a health self-assessment, tobacco history, desired coverage amount and term selection. This information goes to the carriers' quoting service to return rates and is not held by this website. Quotes need no name, address, phone or email. Identical queries might be answered from cache to save redundant requests to the quoting system.

Applying

Proceeding with an application sends your information to prefill the carriers' secure application, and you continue under that platform's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance company (License 0B75129), oversees all applications.

The contact form

The contact form captures your name, email address, optional phone number, contact preference, subject, and message. Messages go to the agency by email; your email becomes the reply address. This site stores no copy, maintains no submission database and keeps no record of message text. A brief browser-based anti-abuse measure activates before sending.

Measurement

This website measures page visits via first-party, cookieless tracking hosted on this domain. No cookies or persistent identifiers are stored; the final two bytes of your IP are removed before storage; referrer query strings are stripped; and raw logs expire in ninety days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled receive no measurement at all.

What we do not do

We decline to sell personal details, employ advertising surveillance, or implement third-party tracking software. This site's only outside code is the carriers' application service on the application page, which runs solely if you navigate there.
